Well it's not really slow. it's just unstable. Myanmar is far worst that the Philippines. (2MB) is already considered fast in Myanmar.

I know it's costly. and with very bad reviews based from what I heard. but good thing the goverment is allowing new telcos to enter. I think that would be good thing.
