Can you do this for the PHC. Can you accept my request about renaming the title thread, so they can see whats new or up to date.....

Also, when renaming the threads, the author can put naming conventions like "obsolete as of 06/25/2013 - title of thread" or "reactivated as of 06/25/2013". To give readers a heads up.
