if your iccid has been blocked in an out dated old version instant iphone unlock sim, you can update it to new ccid version manually
Ideally to do this you need access to an unlocked iphone. (borrow from stock, friend or family) or you will need a standard sim card from the network your iPhone is locked to)
Simply use your instant iphone unlock sim in an unlocked phone with any sim card (or insert it in a locked iphone along with a sim card the iphone is locked to)
Go to settings -> Phone -> sim application -> input ICCID code from above -> the select your preffered mode or ICCID MODE
Then reboot the handset (power off and back on)
That’s all and your sim will work again in a locked handset without any settings just plug & play
