I believe na meron ghost sim card, encrypted phones etc. and i believe na even the CIA, NSA, NBI, Police, or your network cannot trace you. The key here is you master or become an expert on the cyber security. One of the best example here is the dark web you can see the darkside of the internet. Do you know who funded Tor browser?. Why it is exists even if it is so many illeg@l activities there? because of the US government funding Tor browser they hide their illeg@l transactions over there.

Doon po madalas ang tambayan ng h@cker, its hard to trace them, some of them are caught and jail but the majorities are not. There are 7 types of h@ckers in this world of internet.
