tanung ko lang magkaiba ba ang sahod pagpareho kayung new employee yung isa walang civil service certificate yung isa meron?

pagkakaalam ko depende sa posisyon yun. i'm from govt employee before pero di ko tinuloy kase wala ako civil service. mas maganda kapag may civil service kase para tumaas posisyon mo sa governement

Kung parehas kayo ng posisyon parehas lang sahod. Walang kinalaman ang eligibilty sa sahod.

wala naman yan kinalaman if my civil service or wala, nasa paygrade yan kung ano position na hawak mo dun ka, if higher position like manager or accountancy iba iba na yan depende sa sahod mo sa last work na nilipatan mo, pero if pay grade mo ay below lang sa clerical work, same lang po. gov employee po ako sa dilg quezon ave. nag tataas lang sahod pag higher position kana, kaya if plano mo pumasok sa gov. mag work ka muna sa private company tas pataas ka ng pay grade saka ka lipat sa gov para mataas sahod mo.

yung civil service kasi para ma promote ka sa position na meron ka ngayon, if hindi ka pumasa sa CSE, hindi ka pwede mag file ng promotion. kya madami nag eexam para mapasok sa goverment or mapromote sa position.

ang civil service eligibility ay magagamit yan kung ang inaaplyan mo ay vacant position for regular employees. Since new employee kayong dalawa same lang sahud as Admin Aide 1 may eligibility man o wala. Mas advantage ang may eligibility sa future kung may vacant position.

Nagbabase yan sa position nyo, check your salary grade pag pareho kayo at pag pareho rin kayo ng position kasi may mga position na not requiring civil service..

- lam mo TS, Civil Service Passer does not make any changes between the employee po interms of salary,...kung pareho kayo nang item po (ex. Administrative Aide I with CSC compare to Administrative Aide I without SCS) same lang po kayo nang sahod...pero take note po,magka same lang kayo nang sahod if same kayo nang Agency po example po kung sa LOcal Government Unit ka po ang Salary Grade po nang empleyado differ on the Class of the LGU, kung sa municipality ka isa mababa comparing to those who are in the Provincial or City kahit pa same kayo ng position as Administrave Aide I..

-CSC is ur credit only po to take a higher step from Salary Grade 8 up po...below SG8 po pwede maka upgrade ang walang CSC interms of salary grade at position, pero hanggang SG8 ka lang po...

Dko alam kung anu yung grade 8 na yan kasi nung nasa goverment akk here yung job order nila sa mga lower employee is 8, 888 not sure about the exact amount ang tanung ko wala silang csc tapos ako neron so preho ba ng sahod un ?

starting salary para sa mga j.o is 8 k plus yung tanung ko kasi panu kapag magaaplay palang din ako tapos meron na akong csc mas ataas ba sahod ko kesa sa mga j.o ? ( job order)

Ts kung pareho kayong Job Order na may Position as Admin Aide 1 (Salary Grade 1) kahit may CS ka den ang isa wala ay same lang kayo nang sahod po kung same kayo nang Agency,pero kung mgka iba kayon nang Agency like ikaw ay nasa municipality nag tatrabaho den xa e nasa Provincial or National agency kahit same kayu nang Position as Admin aide 1/salary grade 1 mas mataas po ang sahod nya po compare sayu kasi it matters on the classification of the LGU/Agency po.
