🔒 Closed Suggestion build gaming pc

So First time kong magbubuild ng PC so I need suggestions po.

to be considered:
(1) my BUDGET: 20,000 - 30,000
(2) gaming po eto (ung pede at pasok sa pubg requirements)
(3) if possible ung pede mag Photoshop at Video Editing (optional) alam ko mahal processor T_T pero I need suggestion
(4) RGB cooler , clear Casing
(5) the cheaper the better
(6) Good Quality
(7) plus accessories needed / suggest also ng monitor
(8) also Saan makakabili? (ung worth it ang price and di hassle mamili ( taga manila ako )
