You'll need a good CPU, OBS and XSplit consumes big amount if processing power.
An i5 (6th gen) processor will do. Or a second hand i7 is better.
MB that supports ddr3 or ddr4 RAM.
8GB RAM, upgrade later.
AMD 5000 or 6000 series GPU. Or something cheaper.

The minimum PC requirement for TwitchStreaming is:

• CPU: It is recommended to work with Intel Core i5-4670 PC or AMD equivalent will also be acceptable.
• Memory: Preferred one is 8GB DDR and SDRAM.
• Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium is best choice.
