❓ Help Unable to register Sun's internet.

I got myself a new Sun Postpaid Plan with 250 pesos consumable. I tried registering i50 to 247 for the unli internet, it fails.

1st error: "Sorry, you cannot purchase internet load at the moment. Please check your account and try again. For more info, dial 200 on your Sun phone.

2nd error: "Your request for internet 50 is being processed. You will received a reply from 232."

I didn't get a reply from 232.


Is Sun always like this? Or my Sim or my phone isn't configured?
