Hello ma'am sir share ko lang ang nalalaman ko about unblocking ng SMART :
gumagamit po kase ako ng FREE INTERNET like Free My Net 2.3 na bablocked
agad ang SIM ko wala pang isang araw .

Add a new account--> Enter Your SMART Number --> Manage

wait kayo ng 25 mins then UNBLOCKED NA !!!

TIPS KO LANG :
Kailangan nyo ng 2 SIMS kapag na blocked ang isa nyong Sim , gamitin nyo yung isa then UNBLOCKED mo yung isa mong SIM , basta palitan lang ))
