❓ Help Globe gowatch addon throttled?

Good day phc peeps, anyone experiencing the same as me? I am using their open access data on other sites and it's fast even on 3g (at least in my area, they have done some improvements I think). But on youtube, I noticed that the speed barely breaks the 3 mbps mark, and it goes down to a minimum of 32.0 kbps from time to time (that is without the video finishing it's buffer at around 120 seconds, unlike in smart the speed is consistently high when buffering the youtube video).

Edit: I haven't tried using their youtube with the open access data yet, as Globe deducts first from your youtube allocation. So all of these are from their GoWatch subscription.
