Maybe inappropriate yung bluetooth driver mo bossing or corrupted.
Reinstall the driver from manufacturer site. Hope it helps.

Ng update po ba yung Windows nyu? Update mo lng yung Bluetooth drivers mo. Punta ka sa manufacturer website. Hanapin mo yung model at punta ka sa support download mo yung latest drivers nila.
