❓ Help Globe customer service hotline fee?

Good day guys, may I know if globe charges you for calling them through their customer service hotline? From my experience with smart, you can talk to their agents without any call cost at all, be it postpaid or prepaid matter via *888 afaik. I'm wondering if it's the same with Globe.
