Try mo ito:
Go to: Internet Options> Connections
Tapos hanapin mo sa "Dial up and Virtual Private Network settings" ang connection mo. Double click mo yun.
Pagka-open ng pop-up box, click mo ang "Auto Detect Settings". Tapos sa "Proxy Server", check mo yung box, type mo sa "Address": pingtest.net "Port": 80.
try mo. ok sa akin yan.
