Pano po ito? Na charged po ako ng 2 times ng digital ocean, 5.52 php ata? Using gcash amex. Pahelp po.. nacharged napo ako pero sabi card declined. And sabi pa sa page, "you will not be charged habang hindi mo pa magamit yung service nila. Pahelp so sir pestem or sino pa po magaling.. huhuhu..
