I tried to create it by many tutorials on youtube but the proxy dosen't work.
It's anyone to help me to create it?

it's very easy... If the proxy does not work just take another one... but the easier is to put the ip of your account in the proxy. I mean, you have already an account, right? so for example the ip of the server were you get your account is 123.456.78 with port 22. You put the same ip as remote proxy but you need to change the port... usually 3128 or 8080 work fine... just try it!
