🔒 Closed Help in rooting pendo pad 4.0

Hello mga bro and sis.
My mom bought this PendoPad 4.0 for abroad for my 1-yr. old niece. Unfortunely, she can't use it as it does not come with Google Play app. I've done my research and I learned that this needs to be rooted first for us to install Google Play.

Does anyone know how to root this kind of device?
