mga master patulong naman ' bigla nalang nagkasakit laptop ko di ko na maopen ung settings . what should i do ? windows 8 sya . pag clinick ko ung settings mag pa.pop up sya in 1 second nawawala . i tried everything ' maraming salamat sa makakatulong

Possible malware. May naka installed anti-virus? Kung meron baka outdated and virus definitions.

Kung sakaling wala Anti-virus, reboot mo laptop in safe mode with networking. Then download MBAM Anti-malware(Community/trial edition) and install it, then perform Threat scan. Remove all detective suspected virus then reboot your laptop, hen performs a Hyper scan. If threat/s found, remove it from your machine then reboot.

meron nga master kaso tama ka outdated na sya . ilang mb ung MBAM ? try ko i.DL using other computer lipat ko nlang sa flash drive .

Wag kalimutan(safe mode with networking) bago mo install ang MBAM., para hindi mag ra-run ang malware rootkit.

ok na na open ko na sya pero ibang method ginawa ko . gumawa ako ng bagong local account as admin . prob ko nlang pano ko malilipat lahat ng file sa bagong account kasi microsoft account ung dati kong gamit
