I live in Kingston Jamaica, in the parish of Manchester, in a little town call malton, When ever a create a ehi flies it is always slow, is there any way I can get a better speed?

How do I generate a 403 payload, can it be done without using POST because only MOVE works don't know why.

In order for me to get any connection I always have to change GET to MOVE is there any other way to get connected?
