❓ Help Smart 4g connection problem

Ok pa naman po ito month ago around. at around May 15-18 (hanggang ngayon) nawalan ng connection sa 4G pero meron signal pero hindi maka connect sa 4G.

Ok naman yung sa 3G may connection, good to go
pero yung si 4G parang patay na sometimes naka connect once *week ago* pero nawalan ulit..

eto po yung naka sabi pero unsual ito since sometimes few months before uncommon lang to like 12-5 am then wait for 1-2 hours bago maka connect ulit pero ngayon parang na blocked na..
