🔒 Closed Playstore direct carrier billing problem

Off topic sa freenet guys, tanong ko lang, baka may nakakaalam dito kung paano e fix yung paglagay ng Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) sa playstore. Ito po sinasabi ng playstore sa account ko,
"Your account is risky. Please try again in 30 minutes, or contact us. (OR-DVASA2-04)". Pa tut naman kung paano solusyonan to..
 
Sir naglagay ka ng credit card info jan? Create ka nalang ng ibang gmail for top up if I were you
Wala pa ako nilagay na cc, pero ginawa ko na yang new gmail account pero di parin gumagana ehh. Globe nga pala sim sana na gagamitin ko. Ayus naman sa sun at smart pero gusto ko sa globe kasi may free points. Di ko nga pa pala nasubukan tm pero mas nagagandahan talaga ako sa globe.
