❓ Help Smart lte sim upgrade not successful

Mga mam sir pa help naman sa pag upgrade ng smart prepaid ko into LTE sim
. nag upgrade ako then wait 15mins pero di nag successful kase namatay yung cp ko then nag text si smart ng "server time out"
Then yung original smart na iuupgrade ko not working na "Emergency calls only" Pero yung upgrade sim malakas signal pero walang registered number.
