Requirements:
USB debugging enabled (importante)
Pdanet+(android)
Pdanet (pc)


Procedures:
1. download pdanet+ on android

2. download pdanet on pc. (either download with your phone and transfer to your pc or download directly to your pc if you have connection in it.)

3. install pdanet+ in your phone and pc.
4. open pdanet+ then check "Usb tether" (pic for reference bellow.)

5. connect usb cable on pc at mag aauto detect sya if naka on yung usb debugging nyo at na install ang drivers ng phone mo.
