if an astronaut travel outer space and back to earth takes him 30years as observe in earth

but as observe by astronaut itself.traveling him nearly the speed the light only takes him 10years to travel and back to earth...

It's quite not a good example of a scenario.
Lets imagine that a plane fly up in the sky with a very very fast speed, then when it go back in earth it will slow the planes time and will fasten the earths time so he will be in future.

I personally think you can't go to the future with the speed of light. Since time moves forward with the speed of light. However there is this thing called time dilation that I have yet to study.
