how can i proof with screenshot!!!!!??

i test 185.79.156.60 and port:80 in idm download manager and downloading from another site
but when i want to download i get (404 not found) in download manager

My Internet Service Provider has laws
When Internet traffic is over, Internet speeds up to 25 kilobytes
when i buy internet traffic my internet speeding up (1 MB)

when i have 5 GB traffic ----> 1 MB speed
when i haven't traffic ----> 25 kilobytes speed

Because of this, I can not find free hosting

you said that you're internet meter (traffic) was not deducted while downloading on that site that you said.
how about using in ssh vpn like injector. use it as payload... perhaps it can trick your isp firewall that you are accessing the site where in fact you are now accessing the open internet. why don't you give a try on this.

Try to use Scavenger suggestion, maybe it will help you, try to use the site as a host

Or did your network provider have a unlimited free Facebook? If have use that one and find working facebook payload and maybe in that way you can access any sites and bypass the restrictions of the network
