Yung network yung culprit papz di nya na dedetect as ethernet network yung vpn client adapter
usually dapat naka display as e.g network 51 sa ethernet , pero sa akin wala kaya hindi talaga sya mahotspot unless may legit internet ako. Inupgrade ko windows 10 to version 1803 ngayon lang kaya hindi makahotspot, magddowngrade na nman ako bukas to version 1709 gumana kasi hotspot ko pag yun na version gamit ko.
nag post ako sa issue sa softether github, may bug pa daw sa version 1803 ang softether sabi ng contributor dun,

naka 1803 din ako nagana naman hotspot.
Buti pa sayo papz, siguro sa softether ko to, yung latest kasi gamit ko build 9666, try ko mag rollback to 9656.

Tingen ko po di sya sa SE ang problema, Dun mismo sa windows pre req bago mag hotspot. BTW naka pocket wifi ako. minsan di din ako maka tether using SE pag meron exclamation mismo dun sa wifi icon. Aun lang ang napansin ko.
Same pala tayo naka pcket wifi din ako papz. Siguro reformat tlga kailangan nito hahays.

Ngak! wag. CDC mo paps ung connection mo to your pocket wifi or connect ka sa ibang pocket wifi ket CP lang. hangang wala yung exclamation point sa wifi icon, tapos on mo agad wifi hotspot. i hope it'll help kesa sa madugong reformat.

Boss nafix ko na sa akin , ito ginawa ko papz.
Step 1: Uninstall Softether. Don't worry, hindi mawawala mga servers mo, nakabackup na yun automatically. After ma install babalik lang ang mga servers. Pero mas mabuti kung may backup ka din. Export mo lang mga servers.
Step 2: Uninstall VPN Client Adapter from device manager.
Step 3: Go to Settings>Network Status>Network Reset
Step 4: Click Reset Now and Restart Your PC.
5. Install Softether
Step 6: Connect Softether dapat may lubamas na connected Network sa network tab sa bottom right pop up window
Step 7: Finished
