Based on my personal experience TS, Location is a big thing when it comes on Internet Speed. I have tried using Softether in Batangas and it's a bit slower than Manila.

don't be surprised ts,one of the slowest internet ata tayo globally so normal lang yan..idagdag mo pa ang dlawang telco na pera2 tlaga ang habol..sana dumating na ang telco galing china at affordable sana at mabilis

not just slowest paps it's also one of the most expensive internet service! Sana nga makaestablish na yung new telecom inc. dito satin!
