I'm new to the app. How do I know it's connected, and does it work like injector. Where i upload the file and press start

Go on the http injector press on the home screen at the top left hand hand corner there is a button looking somewhat like a SD card press that and it says import config press import and then find the white file then click start and wait until there is a cloud a the top.
