Ota error in tv plus

Hi Good Day PHCorner pipz... I just want to ask kung sino may alam panu ko maayos ang error sa tv plus namin . . .it showed E004: Tuner Tune Error, OTA: No HL or destroy . . .Please patulong naman . . .Salamat po . . .

STEP 1: Turn-on TV Plus
STEP 2 Wait for the "Upgrade Menu Screen" to Appear
STEP 3: Select "Frequency" and encode 647143
STEP 4: Go to "Bandwith" then press "OK" to start OTA download
*NOTE:
Green progress bar and value should increase. IF NOT, check the antenna/Signal reception, advise to reposition if having poor signal reception.

STEP 5: During OTA Download, DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR TV PLUS, it will automatically reboot after successfull OTA software upgrade.

Note: ang 647143 ay Frequency ng para sa mga nasa METRO MANILA lang. Mas maiging alamin muna ang frequency ng inyong lugar/area para makasigurado.
