faulty system service
antivirus software
corrupted NTFS volume

pero mostly hardware iyan.. need mo isa isahin kung ano..

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (srv.sys) ay BAD RAM.

Try to boot memtest x86 from the usb and perform a bad ram check. Then once done, replace mo yung isang (if dalawa nakasalpak) or (replace it with the new one).
