🎓 Academic Difference of internship and ojt

• Anyone na alam ang pagkakaiba nang ojt sa intern? Medyo hindi ko magets eh. Thanks in advance

ojt is just a training with specified hours to complete.. sa internship.. training din yun but considered hired ka na.

Same lang po ang OJT at Internship. Older generation ang gamit nila na term usually ay OJT. Sa new generation usually internship.

I think OJT is yun nga may specified time to complete like 200 hrs and it is more on sa mga IT, HRM, Accountancy students while an internship sa educ siya naapply na term and other courses. Internship ay mas mahirap like in educ kasi ikaw na bahala sa classroom mo minsan iniiwan ka ng teacher/adviser ng classroom. sa OJT palage sa office based siya. may mgabka officemate ka then usually tinitrain ka nila, mga simpling task lang binibigay sayo like encoding at minsan pagtimpla ng kape sa supervisor haha joke. Neverthless both are required for graduation specially sa ating baging curriculum na k to 12 nakakapag OJT na sila. hope this helps.
