🔒 Closed Proxy server authentication command line not working

Guys pahelp naman, sa paglalagay ng proxy authentication, itried both tuts in making authentication sa mga proxy ayaw mag required or kahit meron or nailagay naman ung mga nabasa kong command lines here, ayaw gumana. Pahelp naman about this, im using both ubuntu and centos. Thanks.
