Good day guys. I just need a little bit of help. Tuwing bibili ang ng diamonds (thru carrier billing) eh sinasabing "You do not have enough credits in your account" pero sobra2 naman ang load na nasa akin. Thanks as may maitutulong.
 
Baka dual ginamit Mo Gmail,
Dapat Yong nakadefault na Gmail akkawnt sa cellphone mo,
Kung gusto Mo bumili gamit iba akkawnt
Reset your phone to factory data

:)

Mga sir paano kaya ito? Facebook account ko ang ginamit ko pang register sa DNM Sea then ikinabit ko sa Google Play account ko. Now everytime mag top up ako di man lang ako umaabot sa payment selection option, "Top up Failed" agad lumalabas. Naka set naman yung Paymaya Mastercard ko sa Playstore then yung Globe ko Not available ang nakalagay so di ko magamit yung top up via Load.

Teka mga sir. Pag ba dinelete ko yung dragon nest ko para palitan ng obt. Kailangan ulit mag download ng game files? (Yung 1.3gb)
