how to change file to .exe?

Open the Control Panel
Click Appearance and Personalization
Click Folder Options.
Click the "View" tab, in the Folder Options dialog box
Make file extensions visible.

Click on Apply, and then click OK.
makikita mo na ung file extension , example Ros.exe, Callofduty2.exe.
at para ma change ung extension, right click mo yung file tas click rename tas ung .mp3 sa dulo change mo to .exe
