If you are here and a newbie like me and trying something worth checking, don't.
First of all you need to be knowledgeable. You need to know the how to's on your own most especially on the basic part like the proper applications used.
Second, you need to be in a certain level to be able to take part on other forums. Which I find not very convenient since you are able to see the topic yet you are unable to view them, because understandably, you need to reach a certain level to view the necessary links. Leading to no choice but to get disappointed and abandoning your account in the process. Which you find it odd since in order for you to view the topic you are needed to create an account, going through the hassle filling the blanks then ending up having nothing.
So in summary you will resort with your last option, since you did not get what you are looking for in the process and making sure no one will, you ended up reporting it to proper authorities. So it's a WIN WIN to you and a loss to them.
But if you are patient enough, you will get your reward in the process. As they say, there is no easy money, well so as to having FREE INTERNET. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.
