This is a tutorial on how you will change the logon screen of Windows 7.

Tutorial:
1. Go to your desktop and right click on the screen.
2. Select screen resolution to know the resolution of your pc. (Usually 1366 x 768) or you can check your resolution at You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
3. Go to google.com and search for your desired wallpaper
4. Please take note that the resolution of your pc will also be the resolution of your wallpaper (example: Anime Wallpapers 1366 x 768)
5. Save the image and name it as "backgroundDefault"
6. Upload the image and optimize it using this link: optimizilla.com
7. Adjust the quality and save the image again. (The file must be less than 220kb)
8. Press windows key + x and type in "Regedit"
9. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background
10. Right Click and go to "New" ----> DWORD (32-bit Value)
11. Rename it to OEMBackground.
12. Double click it and set the value to 1. Close Regedit
13. Go to C:\Windows\System32\oobe
14. Create a new folder and name it "info". Click the new folder and create a new folder inside it.
15. Name the folder "backgrounds".
16. Attach the image in the folder.
17. Restart your pc and check if the background is applied.
