Hello comrades from Kenya, am trying to bypass my isp throttling after reaching the daily usage (200mb) on pc. On mobile i used supremo vpn2 and anonytun pro using
>>advance ssl
>>tick :true ssl
>>spoof host: port
>>spoof host: mmg.whatsapp.net
>>spoof port: 443
How can i apply this setting when using a PC and which app should i use to tunnel?

Any help help or clues will be appreciated.
