Gusto ko sanang malaman kung paano niluluto yung sweet sauce ng fish balls at kikiam para sa bahay na lang kakain



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp hot sauce or siling labuyo (optional)
HOW TO MAKE FISHBALL SAUCE:
  • Mix ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until thick.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve with deep fried fishball or squidballs.
  • Serve hot. Enjoy!
