my project have to modules.. BRGY. FUNDS/BTO will be deployed on on every barangays and the FS Module will be deployed on the Barangay Aacounting Office, a sect of Accounting office...
BTO caters bfunds.. like OR/VDS/SCR, CHECKS, IN-BANKS... that will generate 7 reports likd SCD (summary of cash deposits), SCkI (Summary of Check Issued), SCP (Summary of Cash Payments), CDReg (Cash Deposit Register), CkDReg (Cash Disbursement Register), CRDReg (Cash Receipts and Deposits Register) and CHBReg (Cash on Hand and IN-Bank Register)
it also covers other features like exporting data, userlogs and etc..
on thr other hand
The FS Module Entries JEV/General Journal
forward it for Trial Balance... and Generate Reports... BS (Balance Sheets), SCF (Statement of Cash Flows), and SIE (Statement of Income and Expenses) the system can also manage data entries, users, accounting titles, barangays, and can monitor user activity by user logs..

Accounting / Fund Management System. Does it have a centralized database? I wonder what language you wrote this, if this coded in Power Builder id really be impressed.

How do you intend to handle the Official Receipts?
