Answer : It Will change Your Ip Address If Your Using Singapore SSH Account / VPN Acc / PPTP / OPVPN / ETC. It Will Change to Philippine IP So That You will Have Low Ping.
Additional info : Dont Forget to check for The Remote proxy if Its Open For 80 / 22 / 443 Etc.
You might need to change The SSH Port if Needed.
