1. Run 'Fix Website Error' File with Run as Administrator

2. Open File 'Open System'

3. Delete the hosts file

4. Then run File Fix Error.exe with Run As Administrator

5. Clean your PC with CCLeaner

6. Done! Website can be accessed again
