❓ Help Smart lte problem

Paano po ba magstable ang data ng sim ko nawawalan po kasi minsan ng data di ako makapag kdrama may paraan po ba un para magstable?

I am German and don't understand visaya. I always had problems with Smart Bro LTE. Although was load there, it often didn't work. Not even google worked properly. I tried to contact Smart hotline, only wasting time and money. What really help me after trying so long was to login in Smartbrosettings (Smart LTE Wireless Router FX PR3), then you click Router at the upper right side, then you click 'Reboot Router' as third option on left side. It should work again.
