🔒 Closed Apps crashing. need help

So yesterday, my ES file explorer suddenly stopped working. I mean it does not open. I tried clearing the data and reinstalling the app, but still don't work. Then later this morning, another app won't start. Tried reinstalling ang resetting the app and also don't work. My sd card storage is almost full that's why apps won't start, I guess. I cleared some space but nothing worked, still.

My question is how can I make those apps run normally again? I don't know na what to do

I can't. I have important logged accounts that I already forgot the password
