❓ Help Globe switch notice concern

Do you have any idea or advise if how can I bypass the Globe Switch notification because everytime I open my GS there's a pop-up "Dear User, we have detected usage abuse from your account and have disabled access . . . wherein I can no longer accept any free offerings on GS. Does it mean that I have to change my sim into new sim? Is still my account safe to still use GS. Please help me guys I'm newbie here. Hope be part of the established member. Thanks

Other users have the same issue.
No choice but to get a new sim for now. Just keep the old sim.

Ina-accept ko lang lahat ng free sa GS 3x na halos naubos ko na nga. Hindi naman ako nag exceed ng use ng 1G/day. Bakit kaya? May technique ba para maiwasan mablock?
