🔒 Closed Network connection may have been lost

I have a Dell Inspiron 7570 Laptop and all of a sudden I cant open PST files that are attached to gmail. Error message: Network connection may have been lost.
My friend has exactly same Notebook and she can open them. Any ideas?

double check the link/s and your connection and try refreshing the tab or else troubleshoot your network
