sa ρá†ch ito? try mo right click yung ρá†ch hit "Run as administrator"

marami kasing pwedeng dahilan kung bakit dimo mapatakbo ang apps eh, pwedeng insufficient permissions, network connections, missing or corrupt files or na block ng antivirus mo.... administrator ba user account mo?...

or try this


1. right click the application in question
2. at the bottom of the properties screen (under the Advanced button) there is a button that says "UNBLOCK" (there should be a security message that states that this file has been copied from another computer...)
3. Press this button.

or e remove mo ulli ang apps
restart,
tapos pag balik, right click mo yung installer, run as administrator, and so on......
