That's the header! Maybe you mean the whole config?

Here is a sample (but you need to have an account with your username and password and the config certificate) This is for pc/laptop:

remote add the remote and port here
http-proxy-option CUSTOM-HEADER Host clients3.google.com
http-proxy-option CUSTOM-HEADER X-Online-Host clients3.google.com
