Go to phone Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks>Network mode>select LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)

sim card also LTE/4G ready

Dapat ang phone mo capabable sa LTE ang connection. try mo tingnan sa manual if 4g capable ba kasi baka hindi, talagang hindi pwede.
