❓ Help Error in accessing the router

I cant access the 192.168.254.254 which is the gateway of our router but we have internet connection. The error says 500 Internal error.. How to fix it po? Thanks

Kung pang bahay lang yung router pwede po i-reset yung button. kung nasa office or hotspot.. need mo ng Admin privilege to access it..
