find a freesite.. a site you can access even without a load.

I know a site for example:

But this one is blocked I cannot access it on Http Injector when I create an ehi file.
Do you have any idea how I can do it on another way or how do you do getting payloads?

The payload its blocked dude.
I know how to generate it, the problem is with the payload itself because gets blocked from Vodafone Company I think.

Some days ago it was working fine and yesterday night got blocked.

Can you help me where can I find or how to find a new one because after that I'm be able to crate ehi files
