paano po ba alisin yung ibang background apps na hndi ko naman ginagamit at hndi naman kailangang gamitin. napakataas kasi ng memomry usage

alam moba sir yung sa msconfig yung pang disable dun? kasi pag nagrestart ako bumabalik sa date
